Mechanical Engineer , 3 Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to work either at our head office in Lalitpur, Nepal, focusing on design, or at hydropower project sites, engaging in on-site activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of hydromechanical components for hydropower projects, including gates, stoplogs, penstock pipes, and hoists.
- Collaborate with project teams to create detailed design plans, specifications, and resource allocations for mechanical components.
- Assist in the coordination and communication with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design requirements.
- Learn and apply mechanical engineering principles relevant to hydropower project applications.
- Support the development of installation plans and procedures for mechanical components.
- Engage in on-site activities, if required, to gain practical experience and understanding of the project environment.
- Uphold a commitment to quality by participating in quality control inspections and tests related to designed components.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interest in hydropower projects with a willingness to learn and contribute to the field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work either at the head office for design activities or on-site for practical experience.
